Bebi is one of the vast network of worker fairies who attend to pansies. It is her task to visit purple pansies to make sure that the color and form are just right. If anything is amiss, she corrects it and sends a report to Pella, the Queen of all Pansies. Bebi was last seen wearing this dress at Pella's annual Court Ball. Bebi is 6" tall and dressed in a purple organdy gown with a beaded bodice. She has a white lace petticoat and a purple rose at her waist. Her shoes are decorated with purple rosebuds.
