Kiksuyapi is a dog spirit made especially for the owner of a beloved pet dog who died. His owner contacted me wishing to embody remembrance of her pet in a spirit doll. She sent the dog's photograph and certain items strongly associated with the him-- his collar, a favorite toy, some fur that she had groomed from him, fabric from his bed, etc. Parts of these items were then incorporated into the doll to give him a strong association with the pet, and thus the embodiement of his spirit. Rose, or light pink, is the Auric color of love and affection and is represented in the staff and loin wrap.
