Minette is the Queen of the Seaweed Faeries. She routinely listens to daily reports from the faeries who tend the seaweed. Her best friend is Yemaya, the Goddess of the Sea. She can sometimes be heard singing in the waves as they come ashore on rocky coasts. She is very tempermental and has been known to change from sunny smiles to stormy anger in a matter of moments. Minette was last seen at a recent Sea Party wearing this frothy dress. Minette is about 9" tall and dressed in a pale organdy gown with lace trim and a beaded bodice. Her dress has a pearl beaded waistband with pale lavender ribbon streamers. Her double underskirt is teal colored lace and tulle. Teal silk roses with pale lavender ribbons adorn the hem of her skirt. She wears petal and ribbon shoes and her wand is ornamented with flowers, seed pearls, and beaded streamers.
